To save a Customer Signature to an order's electronic bill of lading (eBOL), click the green Customer Signature button. Have the customer use the touch screen to enter their signature using their finger. Then enter their name into the Type Signatory Name field, which launches the keyboard of your device, and either choose Change or Cancel to re-enter, then choose Apply.
You may also Clear the signature if they wish to retry. Your transport Terms and Conditions are also available for viewing by clicking the link. When you are ready, press Pick Up or Delivered in the upper right hand corner - so the vehicle changes to the appropriate status.
As the driver, you will only need to enter your signature in your app once. It will automatically appear in future orders.
