How to Add a Driver in Carrier TMS
Follow these step-by-step instructions to invite drivers to your Carrier TMS account.
Step 1: Log Into Your Carrier TMS Account
Log into your Carrier TMS account.
Step 2: Access the Driver Tab
Click the Driver tab on the left hand side of your screen.
Step 3: Invite Driver
Click Invite Driver.
Step 4: Enter Driver Information
Enter the driver’s information in the required fields.
Note: If you get an Error that says "Email Already Taken" Please reach out to the Support team at [email protected] so they can free up that email for use with your company.
Step 5: Save
Click Save to complete the entry.
Note: This will send an invitation to the Drivers Email and their phone number via SMS. They will need to complete the setup process there and then log into their account.
Step 6: Driver Sign-Up
The driver will receive an SMS message and email with a link to sign up.
Note: They will just need to enter their full name and set up a password. Once they have done this they are good to log into their account.
Step 7: Driver Added Successfully
Once the driver completes the sign-up process, their information will appear in your Driver tab.
