Creating new orders in your dashboard is quick and easy. By using your unique email address, you can seamlessly import dispatch sheets and streamline your workflow.


How to Create New Orders via Email in Your Dashboard

Below, we will walk you through the steps of creating orders via email:

Step 1: Locate Your Unique Email Address

  • Log into your Carrier TMS dashboard.

  • Navigate to the Settings page and select General Settings.

  • Find your unique email address, which is specifically assigned to your account.

Step 2: Email Dispatch Sheets to Your Unique Address

Prepare Your Email:

  • Open your email client.

  • Attach your dispatch sheets to a new email.

Send the Email:

  • Enter your unique email address found in General Settings as the recipient.

  • Send the email.

Once your email is sent, the dispatch sheet will automatically create a new order in your dashboard.
