In order to avoid unnecessary status update calls and have access to inspection photos that protect you, the carrier, from damage claims, brokers are sending load offers through Super Dispatch. Regardless if you are already Super Dispatch user or not, you can easily get started at no cost.
With our free mobile app you will be able to do detailed inspections with photos and have clean professional BOLs with your company logos on it.
Accepting load offers for Carriers new to Super Dispatch:
When you request the broker to dispatch a load to your company, you will need to provide 3 things:
Email address where you wish to receive confirmations and login to Super Dispatch.
Phone number where you would like to receive a text message with the offer.
Your USDOT number.
There are 2 ways to accept the load offer that was sent to you:
(Follow steps in this section if you are an owner operator who does not have a dispatcher and will deliver this load by yourself).
Open the received text message. Tap on the link next to Details. View carefully all details about the offer, then Accept or Decline the offer.
Since you do not have the Super Dispatch mobile app in your phone, the link will take you to the App Store to download the Super Dispatch mobile app. Tap on Install button and Open it once the installation is complete.
Once your Super Dispatch app launches, you should see the new load inside the Active tab.
If you were not taken inside the mobile app after the installation, please click on the link you have received via text message after accepting the load offer.
Now you can tap on the load to do a detailed inspection, collect signatures and share BOLs. We suggest to take as many inspection photos as possible in order to avoid any false damage claims.
2. (Follow steps in this section if you are a fleet with multiple drivers)
Open the email received from Super Dispatch with the load offer. Click on View All Details button.
Then Accept or Decline the offer as it is shown below:
After accepting the offer you will be redirected to our Carrier TMS website where you can see that load and assign it to the driver. (In some cases, you will not automatically be logged into the website and will be asked for your login/password. In that case please follow these steps:
Click on Forgot password link.
Input the email that you provided to the Broker.
Click on Reset Password.
Check your email and reset the password.
Now you can login using email and password.
Once you are inside the dashboard, let's add the driver who will deliver that load. Please go to Drivers tab at the bottom of the left-hand side.
Once there, click on Add Driver button in the top right. You will have to fill out the driver's info to complete their account.
Next step is to assign the load to that driver. Go to the Loads tab on the side bar.
Click on Assign button for the order, then select the driver's name from the drop down list.
Now the driver just needs to download the Super Dispatch mobile app from the app store and login using credentials provided by you.
Next time you will get a new load, it will be much easier by just simply going to the Load Offers section on the top right corner of your web dashboard.
Then click on View Offer to see the details
Then Accept or Decline the offer.
