Introduction

Weekly Driver Activity Reports

Weekly Driver Activity Report emails provide drivers with insights into their weekly performance, helping them track progress and compare results with the previous week. These reports are automatically sent every Monday.


How We Calculate Weekly Driver Activity

Below, we are going to walk you through how we calculate the driver activity through the week:

Note: A week is Sunday - Saturday.

Loads Delivered

  • This includes all loads delivered by the driver within the past week.

  • Includes billed, paid, archived, and deleted loads.

Vehicles Delivered

  • This represents the total number of vehicles delivered across all loads.

  • Includes billed, paid, and archived loads delivered within the past week.

BOLs Shared

  • The number of Bill of Lading (BOLs) successfully sent via email by the driver during the last week.

  • Only counts BOLs successfully delivered to the recipient.

Delivered Loads Value

  • The total sum of prices for all loads delivered within the past week.

  • Includes billed, paid, archived, and deleted loads.

Note: If any load lacks price information, it is not calculated. Broker Fees are subtracted from the total value.


Marked as Paid

  • The total sum of prices for loads marked as “Paid” during the past week.

  • Includes billed, paid, archived, and deleted loads.

Waiting for Payment

  • The total sum of prices for loads delivered but not marked as “Paid” during the past week.

  • Includes billed, paid, archived, and deleted loads.

Note: Broker Fees are subtracted from the total value.


Formula for Delivered Loads Value

Delivered Loads Value = Marked as Paid + Waiting for Payment


How to Manage Weekly Reports

If a driver no longer wishes to receive Weekly Driver Activity Report emails, they can unsubscribe by clicking the Unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email.
