How Do I Manage Trial Time In Carrier TMS?

In this guide, we’ll walk you through what’s included during your trial period, how to import loads, and how to subscribe to Carrier TMS to keep your operations running smoothly.


What Do I Get During the Trial?

During your trial period, you have full control over your operations. You can view and update the status of your loads, book or request loads from the Super Loadboard (if you’re a Verified Carrier), and dispatch loads to your drivers. The trial is designed to give you a complete experience of the tools available with Carrier TMS.


Subscription Plans

If Carrier TMS aligns with your business needs, you can activate a monthly subscription at any time. With a subscription, you gain unlimited access to the load board, can easily import orders from other load boards, and manage loads and drivers with ease.

Here’s the current pricing for Carrier TMS:

1 driver = $55/month

2 drivers = $100/month

3 drivers = $150/month

• After 3 drivers, add $50 per additional driver.

The Carrier TMS subscription provides access to powerful back-office features, including reporting tools, QuickBooks integration, and load management.


Driver App

As an owner-operator, the Driver App remains free to use. You can continue importing and creating eBOLs within the app without any additional fees. The subscription applies only to the Carrier TMS website for advanced management features like running reports, managing dispatches, and planning for multiple drivers.
