You can easily create automatedInvoice ID numbers for your loads in the Settings menu of the Carrier TMS. Creating automated invoice ID numbers will give you another way to track your loads by invoice, rather than Load ID or Order ID. Set your initial value and for each invoice generated, that value will increase by 1 exponentially. This will allow you to keep track of your loads better while being more hands-off. Easy!

Click on "Settings".

Navigate to "General" and enter your Initial Load ID (Invoice ID) number:

When finished, click Save in the top right-hand corner of the page:

When invoicing an order, you will be able to see the value in the top left-hand corner of the Invoice page:

You can also search for loads on the Loads page using the Invoice ID number:
