Any order that the dispatcher or driver deletes can be restored by logging into your Carrier TMS. This can not be done on the app. 

If the order was archived:

To start off, make sure you are on the "Loads" tab on your Carrier TMS.

From this screen, you can find the "Archived" tab to search for the load.

Once you find the missing load, click on the "Options" dropdown and click on "Unarchive".

If you deleted an order follow the first step above and make sure you're on the "Loads" tab.  

Next to the "Archived" tab, you will find the "Deleted" tab.

This will lead you to the deleted orders screen where you can search for the order. Click the checkbox for the missing order or any others you may need and then "Restore" to bring it back into your loads.
