As a dispatcher, you can change the status of any order from your dashboard.

Click on "Loads".

Find the order and click "Edit" on the right side of the selected load.



Click on the "Status" drop down menu and select new, picked up, or delivered.


Click "Save Order".


QUICK TIP: Your drivers can NOT manually change the status of an order from their mobile app. All changes that you manually make to the order via dashboard will also update on the driver's app. This is a great way to correct any mistakes that your driver makes on the mobile app.

QUICK TIP: The status of orders that are archived or deleted will not change!
