Becoming a Verified Carrier will give you and your carrier a higher priority when requesting loads on Super Loadboard or receiving loads from brokers and shippers using Shipper TMS!
By entering and uploading the following information, your carrier will have a Verified Carrier status:
Cargo Insurance information (cargo insurance file, expiration date, cargo limit, deductible, agent name, agent phone)
If all looks good, you will receive Verified Carrier Status and will be able to get Load Offers directly from Brokers/Shippers using our Shipper TMS and will have priority access to the Super Loadboard!

Regardless of your Verified Carrier status, you may still continue using the Super Dispatch platform. We suggest you maintain a Verified Carrier status as our Shippers and Brokers prefer to work with Verified Carriers.
After submitting your documents you may keep booking loads on Super Loadboard. We will notify you if there are any issues with the submitted documents.

What happens after the 30-day countdown expires on the Super Loadboard?
After the 30-day countdown expires carriers will have limited access to the Super Loadboard. Limited access means that the carrier cannot submit bids and requests to all shippers. Some shippers can still allow unverified carriers to submit bids and requests if shippers mark the carrier as Approved\Preferred.
How do I know if I become Verified?
Carrier will receive an email notification and will see the Verified badge inside the Profile section of the Carrier TMS.
What can I do while my documents are being reviewed?
While Super Dispatch is reviewing the submitted documents, carriers have unlimited access to the Super Loadboard. Carriers are allowed to submit bids and requests to any shippers while in pending verification status.
How long does it take for Super Dispatch to review documents?
On average it takes up to 5 business days to review and verify the documents. If it has been more than 5 business days, feel free to contact support for an update.
