Zapier integration between Shipper TMS and QuickBooks Online

Invoices and bills can be created automatically in QuickBooks Online (QBO) through Zapier integration. Delivered orders in Shipper TMS (STMS) can automatically trigger invoice and bill creation in QBO. 

To connect your Shipper TMS to your QuickBooks Online account, please follow these steps:

  1. You must have an STMS account login (don't hesitate to get in touch with sales or support to get one)

  2. You must have a QBO account login (sign up here)

  3. Sign up for a Zapier account (start a 14-day free trial before purchasing it)

  4. Request Super Dispatch support (chat on the bottom right corner) to send you an invitation to use the Zapier integration 

  5. Check your email and accept the invitation (the email will come from zapier.com)
