To create/edit your Terms & Conditions, log into your carrier account on

From there, click the profile tab in the bottom left hand corner, and choose Carrier Profile.

Scroll down until you see the Terms & Conditions field. Enter the Terms & Conditions for your company, and click save

*NOTE* Any Terms & Conditions entered here will be automatically generated onto your BOLs in Super Dispatch.

You may also email your Terms and Conditions to [email protected] - but they MUST BE IN TEXT FORMAT AS A DIGITAL FILE THAT WE CAN COPY AND PASTE. A scanned copy will not work.

Owner-Operators are able to change their Terms and Conditions from the mobile app, however drivers in Fleet Mode cannot change this text.
