From the main order screen of the dashboard, a new load can be assigned to any company driver by clicking the Assign drop down button. Simply click the button and choose which driver you wish to assign the load. A pop up window will ask you if you are sure you wish to do this at which point you can choose "OK" or "Cancel." If you click OK, you will instantly see that order move from New Load to Assign in the dashboard life cycle.
In the moment you Assign to a Driver, that load has been sent to the chosen driver's mobile app as Active and a notification will appear on that driver's device. Note: the driver's name will be listed as Assigned to within that order throughout the entire order life cycle.
