First, find the order containing the BOL, and click the Options button to open up the Options menu, and click on the Send BOL button.

Once the Send BOL drawer appears, double-check the Email address and select your BOL type. If you want to display the Shipper/Customer's name on the BOL instead of your own, select the check box underneath the BOL template drop-down menu. If not, just leave it blank.

Once finished, select Send BOL. To check the status of your sent BOL, click the Load ID for the order and scroll down to Order Activity to check the BOL status.
