When your company is not able to request loads from a Shipper on the Super Loadboard, you will see this:

Super Dispatch provides the option for Shippers to restrict carriers who have not met certain criteria for hauling, or who have not met the expectations of the Shipper from requesting their loads on Super Loadboard. If you find yourself seeing this message, don't panic!

Click on the name of the Shipper:

From there, the Shipper's contact information will display. Reach out to the Shipper to figure out why you are not able to request their loads. A simple phone call to the Shipper can clear up any other questions you may have and potentially your carrier status with them.
