When your company has been blacklisted from requesting loads from a Shipper on the Super Loadboard, you will see this:

Super Dispatch provides the option for Shippers to blacklist carriers who have not met certain criteria for hauling, or who have not met the expectations of the Shipper. If you find yourself on the blacklist, don't panic!

Click on the name of the Shipper:

From there, the Shipper's contact information will display. Reach out to the Shipper to figure out why you have been blacklisted. Even though you may be on the blacklist, you can still accept load offers sent to you Via Super Dispatch. A simple phone call to the Shipper can clear up any other questions you may have and potentially your blacklist status.
