If you are using Super Dispatch app and have never had Dashboard setup, this will not work. You have to have a Dashboard account setup to be able to log in. Mobile app only users do not automatically get access to the Dashboard.

Once you have a dashboard account, it's easy to Sign In to Your Dashboard.

  1. Open a new browser tab and enter the URL: https://carrier.superdispatch.com/tms/loads

  2. Enter the company email address as discussed with your sales person

  3. Type in the password as designated by your sales person.

  4. Click the blue Sign In button. That's it - you're in!
