To Add or Edit Shipper/Customer Information on an order in the app, first, open the order, scroll down, and click on the "Add (or Edit) Shipper/Customer Information" button.
By pressing this button, Shipper/Customer Information fields, including Name, Address, City, State, ZIP, and Phone Number, can be changed and updated.
Click SAVE in the upper right hand corner before changing screens.
