First, log into your account on www.superdispatch.com by clicking Log In

Next, click the Drivers
tab in the far left-hand menu
This will take you to the Drivers
page:
Inviting a Driver
Click the
Drivers
tab on the left-hand navigation menu.Click the
Invite Driver
button in the top left corner and enter the required information.Click
Send Invite
.
Removing a Driver
Select the desired driver from the Drivers list.
Click the three-dot button in the top right corner.
Select
Deactivate
.
All of the loads related to the driver will remain in your account.
You can reactivate the driver at any time.
Reactivating a Driver
Select a deactivated driver you want to reactivate. Deactivated drivers are listed at the bottom of the list of drivers.
Click the three-dot button in the top right corner.
Click the
Reactivate
button.In some cases reactivating a driver would mean the update of your plan.
Example: in the current billing period you are paying for 4 drivers. If you reactivate the 5th driver then your plan will update to 5 drivers and $50 extra.
Editing Driver Information
New Policy effective Tuesday June 18th, 2024: Only drivers can edit their profiles. You’ll still have full visibility but won’t be able to make changes directly.
Dispatchers: You will have full visibility but cannot make direct edits. Encourage drivers to keep their profiles up-to-date. How driver can edit their profile?
Using Internal Notes
Use the “Internal Notes” section to log important information about drivers. These notes are visible only to dispatchers and are crucial for effective communication and management.
