Due to the spread of COVID-19, Super Dispatch has taken special precautions for our carriers by creating a Touchless Signature system within the Super Dispatch mobile app. This will allow your customers to sign off on orders without touching your device. We hope this can be a productive step in limiting the spread of the COVID-19 virus while on the job and keeping carriers and customers safe!

  1. After you have completed your inspection for the order in the app and clicked Continue to Pick-up/Delivery Signature, you will come to the signature page. Click Touchless Signature:

2. Enter the phone number of the receiving customer and click Send Vehicle Inspection:

3. You will then get a confirmation page where you can choose to Resend Vehicle Inspection or Close the page:

*NOTE* If you close the page before the customer has signed, the order will show a stamp that says "Touchless Signature Pending". Once the customer has completed signing, their signature will automatically update in the order

4. The customer will then receive an SMS message with a link:

5. Clicking the link will take them to the Online BOL for the order. After they have thoroughly checked the BOL by scrolling down the page, they will click Add Signature:

6. Ask the customer to fill our their Full Name, sign for the order and click Save Signature:

7. They will then receive a confirmation the order was successfully signed for:

8. Once the load has been signed, go back to the signature page and you will see confirmation of the Touchless Signature:

9. Click Mark As Picked Up and you're good to go!
