Due to the spread of COVID-19, Super Dispatch has taken special precautions for our carriers by creating a Touchless Signature system within the Super Dispatch mobile app. This will allow your customers to sign off on orders without ever having to touch your personal device. We hope this can be a productive step in limiting the spread of the COVID-19 virus while on the job, and keep carriers and customers safe!

  1. After you have completed your inspection for the order in the app and clicked Continue to Pick-up/Delivery Signature, you will come to the signature page. Click Touchless Signature:

2. Enter the phone number of the receiving customer and click Send Vehicle Inspection:

3. You will then get a confirmation page where you can choose to Resend Vehicle Inspection or Close the page:

*NOTE* If you close the page before the customer has signed, the order will show a stamp that says "Touchless Signature Pending". Once the customer has completed signing, their signature will automatically update in the order

4. The customer will then receive an SMS message with a link:

5. Clicking the link will take them to the Online BOL for the order. After they have thoroughly checked the BOL by scrolling down the page, they will click Add Signature:

6. Ask the customer to fill our their Full Name, sign for the order and click Save Signature:

7. They will then receive a confirmation the order was successfully signed for:

8. Once the load has been signed, go back to the signature page and you will see confirmation of the Touchless Signature:

9. Click Mark As Picked Up and you're good to go!
