Printing A BOL
Follow these steps to easily print a Bill of Lading (BOL) directly from the Super Dispatch Driver App:
Step 1: Open the Super Dispatch Driver App
Launch the Super Dispatch Driver App on your mobile device. Ensure you’re logged into your account.
Step 2: Navigate to the Order
From the home screen, tap on the Loads tab.
Select the Load for which you need to print the BOL.
Step 3: Access the BOL
Once in the Load details, locate and tap on the BOL button.
Then Select "View/Print BOL."
Step 4: Choose Print Option
After the BOL appears on your screen, tap the Share icon (typically found in the top-right corner).
From the share menu, select the Print option.
Step 5: Select a Printer
Choose the printer you want to use from the list of available devices. Make sure your mobile device is connected to the same network as your printer or that you are using a Bluetooth-compatible printer.
Step 6: Adjust Print Settings (Optional)
If needed, adjust any print settings such as the number of copies or paper size before printing.
Step 7: Print the BOL
Once everything is set, tap Print to finalize the process. The BOL will be sent to your selected printer.
Step 8: Verify Your Printout
