How to Import a PDF Dispatch Sheet into Super Dispatch
Below, we are going to walk you through how to Import a PDF Dispatch Sheet into Super Dispatch:
Step 1: Download the PDF Dispatch Sheet
Log in to your broker’s dashboard (such as Metrogistics) and locate the order you want to import. Save the order as a PDF on your computer.
Step 2: Log in to Super Dispatch
Go to the Super Dispatch dashboard and log in to your account.
Step 3: Open the Loads Page
Once logged in, navigate to the Loads page located on the left hand navigation menu.
Click on the Import Load button in the top right corner.
Note: Ensure that Super Dispatch supports the dispatch sheet format you are importing.

Step 4: Select the PDF Dispatch Sheet
Choose the dispatch sheet in PDF format from your computer.
Click Open.
Step 5: View Imported Load
After a successful import, the imported load will automatically open in the Loadspage.
If you have imported multiple loads, you will remain on the Loads page.
Step 6: Assign the Load
You’re all set! Now you’re ready to assign the load to a driver.
