Wondering how to bring your business to the next level? Take full advantage of Super Dispatch and learn how to mark carriers as Preferred so that they can Book your loads instantly from the Super Loadboard! Start marking your carriers as Preferred to Move Cars Faster!
1) Navigate to the left side of the screen and click the Manage Carriers tab near the bottom.
2) Search for the carrier you want to mark as Preferred. You may search the carrier's USDOT, company name, or email. Then click on the carrier from the dropdown to continue to their carrier profile.
3) Once you are in the carrier's profile, move your mouse to the top right of the screen where a pencil will appear. Click the pencil icon in the top right section of Internal Records to edit your record for this carrier.
4) First change the Carrier Status from Default to Approved by selecting the option from the dropdown. Once the Carrier Status is Approved, the Preferred checkbox will appear beneath the Carrier Status field. Select the checkbox and mark the carrier as Preferred. Be sure to click Save at the bottom to save any changes you made.
