Our product does not support multiple users on multiple devices under one email address. If you have 2 drivers, each with their own device, you will need to set up 2 separate accounts. But you can still have the same carrier info with 2 separate driver accounts.
But if you're not sure, please take a screenshot and send it to support by clicking the Intercom icon in the lower right-hand corner.
You may also need to log in and log out of your app.
