How to change the Carrier Name displayed on your Carrier Profile in Super Dispatch.

Have you noticed that your Carrier's name is displayed incorrectly or differently on your Carrier Profile in Super Dispatch? There may be a reason for that...

Super Dispatch requires all Carrier names in the Carrier Profile to match what is displayed as the Legal Name OR DBA for the US DOT# in the FMCSA Database. If your US DOT # is registered under the Legal Name DAVID HALL TRUCKING LLC, but you want to use your DBA HAUL & OATS TRUCKING, then this must match the information on file with the FMCSA.

This can only be changed by contacting Customer Support, as we must verify that the information matches what is on file with the FMCSA. If you need your Carrier name changed, please get in touch with support by clicking on the red chat icon in the bottom right corner of your screen, and be sure to have your US DOT# ready!
