Driver App - How to Login

Once you create your account, you can then log in and start processing your loads!

Once you have successfully created your Super Dispatch account, you will need to Log In to get started. Here is how to get logged in.


1. Make sure you download and install the Super Dispatch Mobile app from your App Store.

2. Open the Super Dispatch Mobile App and tap Log In


3. Enter the Email address that you signed up with (or that was used to create your account) and the password that you created during the signup process.




4. Once you have entered both your correct email and password, tap Log In.


You now have access to your Super Dispatch Mobile app account, and can start processing any orders that you have accepted or have been assigned to you.


REMEMBER:

1. Please make sure that you are using all lower-case characters for your Login email. Passwords ARE case-sensitive!

2. Please use "Forgot Password?" link on the Login screen on the mobile app to reset your password if you forgot it. You will need access to the email inbox associated with the email address you provided.




ADDITIONAL NOTES ABOUT LOGGING IN:

- If you created an account by signing up as an Owner Operator via the Mobile App, OR by signing up and requesting to join a Carrier as a Driver, you will have set your password during the sign up or request to join carrier process. Please remember this password!

- If you are an Owner Operator and you signed up via the website, your log in credentials will be the same for the Carrier TMS, and the Mobile App.

- If you are a Fleet Driver and you received an invite to join Super Dispatch from a Carrier, you will set your password AFTER clicking the sign-up link in the email that was sent to your email inbox.

-If you are an Owner Operator and you received a Load Offer from a Broker or Shipper on Super Dispatch, you will be asked to create a password but ONLY once you accept, add your driver information, and assign the load to yourself. Once you assign the load to yourself, you will receive a text message with a link to access your account. Click the link, and you will be taken to a page to CREATE a password. Once you do that, tap Confirm, and you'll be taken to your mobile app account.
