If a driver has inspected vehicles, marked damages, and obtained signatures, but the order status is grey in color, this indicates that order is syncing with the Super Dispatch Servers.
IMPORTANT: This order should not be altered in any way via the Carrier TMS Dashboard. This may cause you to lose photos, inspection notes, and signatures.
First, how do you know if your order is properly synced? This can be answered by looking at the status' color from the Active tab in your mobile app. The color coordination is as follows:
NEW = Blue
PICKEDUP = Orange
DELIVERED = Green
You will know if you have an order that has yet to sync if it shows up GREY with a blinking dot to the left of status. If you see this status as GREY please click here to learn how to force sync the information in the order.
