Each and every account created for the Super Dispatch Mobile App comes pre-loaded with a Practice Load that allows Drivers to learn how to properly move a load through the load "lifecycle" using Super Dispatch (New, Picked Up, Delivered, Billed, Archived)

This Practice Load is meant to help you understand all of the core functionalities of the Super Dispatch Mobile App relating to order information, completing inspections, marking damages, obtaining signatures at pickup and delivery locations, and sending off BOLs & Invoices off to your customers.

Did you happen to really mess up that practice load and want to start over? Here's how to create a new one!

1. Click on the Profile icon in the bottom left corner of the mobile app.
​

2. Once you are in the Profile tab, click Create Practice Load.
​

3. That's it! Now you have another Practice Load that you can complete mock inspections, update order info, and send off BOLs and Invoices for!
