Carrier TMS - Changing out your Dispatcher Email and Password

Would you like to change your dispatcher account email? Your Carrier TMS login email? What password you use?

Are you logging into your CTMS website, but the email on file is different from the one you prefer? You may want to swap your password out for something else. There is a way to change this! First, go ahead and log into the account you want to change. This means you will need the old login credentials before you can edit.

Once you are logged in, you can go ahead and click on the Profile icon in the very bottom left:

You are going to want to click on Dispatcher Profile. Now that you are in here, you will see your Dispatcher info in a box. If you hover your mouse over the information, a pencil icon will appear:

If you click on that, you can swap out your account's name, phone number, and email address. And that's how you change your CTMS login email!

NOTE: If you happen to get this message:

...this means that this email is associated with another company. If you are no longer with that company, please contact support, and we can fix this. If you are still with that company, your email does need to be unique across our entire system. You will need to use a different email to change it.

In addition, there is a Change Password option at the bottom of the box. You can change your login password here instead of logging out and clicking Forgot Password. This way, you can stay logged in, and it will help save you time!
