Are you logging into your CTMS website but the email on file is not the one you would prefer? There is a way to change this! First, go ahead and get logged into the account you are wanting to change.
Once you are logged in, you can go ahead and click on the Profile icon in the very bottom left:
You are going to want to click on Dispatcher Profile. Now that you are in here, you will see your Dispatcher info in a box. If you hover your mouse over the information, a pencil icon will appear:
If you click on that, you can swap out your account's name, phone number, and email address. And that's how you change your CTMS login email!
NOTE: If you happen to get this message:
...this means that this email is associated with another company. If you are no longer with that company, please contact support and we can fix this for you. If you are still with that company, your email does need to be unique across our entire system. You will need to use a different email in order to change it.
