Log into your Carrier TMS account on our website www.superdispatch.com
Once you are logged, click on the
Drivers tab on the left-hand menu:
From there, Select
Add Driver in the top right-hand corner:
Add a unique Email, name, and phone number for your driver, and click
Once the driver is added to the account for the first time, you will see a
pending activation message:
All this means is that the driver has not logged into their account yet. Once they are added to the account, they should have received an activation email and SMS message from Super Dispatch. Clicking the link in this activation message will walk them through the process of setting a password for the app and getting logged in.
Once the driver is able to get logged into the app, any loads you assign them from the desktop site or via load offer will show up in their app. Voila!
