Unfortunately, Super Dispatch cannot re-send the activation email and SMS message to your driver from the Carrier TMS. Please have your driver check his email and spam folder, as well as his blocked SMS messages for the activation message.

In the event that the driver did not receive the activation link, simply have them download the Super Dispatch app from the app store and click Log In > Forgot Password:




From here, they can send an email to themselves to reset the password for their account:
