Carrier TMS - How do I add a new dispatcher?

This article will explain how to add a new dispatcher to your account

Hello, and welcome to Super Dispatch! If this is your first article, I would like to welcome you to our platform and Help Center! Today, we are going to be going over how to add dispatchers to your Carrier TMS account. Dispatchers play a very vital role and help assist carriers in finding loads on our LoadBoard, and sometimes managing back office work like driver pay and reports. Signing Up

2. Click "I'm a Carrier"

3. Click "Try For Free"

4. Click the "First Name" field.

5. Enter your First Name

6. Click the Last Name Field

7. Enter your Last Name

8. Click the "Phone Number" field.

9. Enter your Phone Number

10. Click the "Password" field, and enter a secure password

11. Click "I agree to receive SMS and Email messages from Super Dispatch such as the latest offers and deals."

12. Click "Continue"

13. Click Dispatcher

14. click any amount

15. Click No

16. Click "Select a source..."

17. Click "Other"

18. Click "Continue"

19. Enter your Carriers USDOT

20. You will get a message saying, "Carrier with this USDOT already exists. Join this Carrier?"

21. Click "Request to Join Carrier"

22. You will then get a message letting you know an email has been sent to the main email on the account. The owner of that email will need to approve your request!
