To add a new dispatcher to your account, simply click the Intercom logo in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen to contact our Support Team. From there, please provide the following information, and a member of our Support team can get the dispatcher added to the account for you:

-DOT #
-Company Name
-Dispatcher Name
-Phone #
-Preferred Password

Voila! Your new dispatcher is added! Once the account is created, it is effective immediately. If you have any more questions about adding/removing dispatchers, please contact our Support team at 816-560-7661.
