Did you send a load offer to the wrong carrier by mistake? Did the carrier call in, saying they messed up the load and need another one? In both of these cases, you will need to Cancel the load.
We can start by finding the load in the STMS. Go ahead and click on the load ID. In the very top right, there is an Option button right here:
Within the Options button, there is the option to Cancel Offer. Click this, and it will restore the order back to Offer Canceled. This order can be found in the New section.
