Let's start in the Profile section of your STMS:
You'll notice one of the boxes in the top right is for the Contact Info. If you click on Edit, you will see that there is a section dedicated to Additional Emails. What do those do?
They actually do the same thing the Contact Email with one difference. Both the Contact Email and the Additional Emails will receive notifications about loads moving in the STMS. So when an order gets accepted by a carrier, gets marked as Picked Up, Delivered, etc, these emails will receive a notification. Where they differ is that the Contact Email is what will appear on the load that's posted, not the
Additional Emails. So in the example above, [email protected] will show on the carrier's dispatch sheet. [email protected] will not be visible to the carrier.
