How much does Super Dispatch Cost? What do I get with the free version?

When considering a logistics management solution like Super Dispatch, understanding the cost and features of its subscription plans is crucial. Super Dispatch offers two subscription plan options, each tailored to meet different needs. But what are the differences between these plans? In this article, we will delve into the pricing structure, what you get with the free version, and how the paid plans compare to help you make an informed decision.


Carrier TMS Lite Plan (Free Plan)

Enjoy free access to the Driver App, including the Super Loadboard. Additionally, you get access to free features in the Carrier TMS desktop software, such as:

  • Offers Page

  • Super Loadboard

  • Carrier Profile Page

  • Verified Carrier Page


Carrier TMS Premium Plan (Paid Plan)

Enjoy full access to the Carrier TMS desktop software and all its premium features, including:

  • Load Management

  • Driver Management

  • Trip Management

  • Pre-built & Custom Reporting

  • GPS Tracking

  • Contacts Management

  • Dashboard View

  • Importing Loads via PDF Dispatch Sheets or Chrome Extension

  • QuickBooks Integration

  • Mobile App Access for Active Drivers

How Much Is Carrier TMS Premium?

The pricing for Super Dispatch’s Premium Plan is based on the number of active drivers in your subscription. The cost structure is as follows:

  • First Active Driver: $55 per month

  • Each Additional Driver: $50 per month

Example: If your company has one active driver, the monthly subscription fee for Carrier TMS is $55. Upon hiring a second driver and adding them to Super Dispatch Carrier TMS, the monthly fee becomes $100 (2 drivers x $50 = $100).

The formula is simple: Number of Drivers x $50 = Your Subscription Price.

Adding Drivers: When you add drivers that exceed the number of available seats on your current plan, your plan will automatically update. If this occurs, you will be charged a prorated amount based on the updated plan for the remainder of your billing cycle.

Deactivating Drivers: Deactivating drivers will not affect your current plan until the next billing cycle. Prorated credits will no longer be issued upon deactivation. Your plan will be automatically adjusted based on the number of active drivers at the start of the next billing cycle.


Viewing Your Plan

To view your Subscription Details, log into the Carrier TMS desktop application HERE, click the Profile icon in the lower left-hand corner, and click Subscription Details:

In this section, you can conveniently add a new payment card or update your existing payment information. Whether you're adding a new card or making changes to your current details, our user-friendly interface ensures that managing your payment methods is quick and easy.
