At Super Dispatch, we recognize that the relationship between the Shipper and Carrier is ever-important. Building rapport and trust with Carriers is crucial, and adding Terms and Conditions surrounding your orders will add yet another layer of transparency to the process.
Adding Terms and Conditions to your Shipper Profile on Super Dispatch can be done in just a few clicks. Here's how:
1. Navigate to the Profile page in the screen's navigation bar on the left-hand side.
2. Click the Edit Icon ✏️ in the top right corner of the Terms and Conditions Section.
3. Add your company's Terms and Conditions into the text field. Once you are done, click Save.
You're done! You've added another layer of trust and transparency with any Carriers who wish to work with your company.
