In this article we'll cover the basics of the Profile Menu inside the Super Dispatch Mobile App!

To access the Profile Menu, tap on the Profile Icon in the bottom right corner of the mobile app.

Profile Menu:

Here in the main Profile Menu you will see the following options:

Driver Information (Displayed as Name and Email)
Carrier Profile (Displayed as Company Name)
Chat with Support (That's us!)
Help Documentation (Help Center)
Create Practice Load (Great for New Drivers!)
Settings (App Settings)
Log Out



Let's go over each option in a bit more detail. We'll start at the top and move down.

Driver Information:

The driver information page is where you can edit or update any information on your driver profile such as you Name, Phone Number, Trailer Capacity. This is also where your Driver Signature will be stored.

To change the Driver Signature tap Edit Signature, then Clear Signature.

Sign your name and then tap Save.

Carrier Profile

The Carrier Profile contains the following information: Carrier Info, Contact Info, Cargo Insurance, Documents (W9 & USDOT Certificate), Billing Info, ACH Payment, and Terms and Conditions.

Fleet Drivers: Unless you are the Fleet Owner, DO NOT change any information here.

Create Practice Load

Each and every account created for the Super Dispatch Mobile App comes pre-loaded with a Practice Load that allows Drivers to learn how to properly move a load through the load "lifecycle" using Super Dispatch (New, Picked Up, Delivered, Billed, Archived)

Settings Menu

In the Settings Menu you can adjust the following Super Dispatch Settings:

Status Updates: Enables the Send Status Update button on loads sent to you by Brokers and Shipper using Super Dispatch. Learn more here.

Loadboard Notifications: Notification settings for any Load Alerts set up by you.

Location and Maps: Set your map app preference here. (Google, Apple, Waze)

Log In with Face ID: Toggle the ability for Super Dispatch to use your Face ID from Apple to log you into the Super Dispatch Mobile App.

Terms of Service: Terms and Conditions of using the Super Dispatch Mobile App.

Privacy Policy: The Super Dispatch Privacy Policy lives here.
