Note: Super Dispatch cannot cancel loads on behalf of the Shipper.

Unfortunately, the reality is that – in Auto Transport, there may be times where you may need to cancel a load sent to you by a shipper on Super Dispatch.

If you need a load cancelled from your account, you will need to contact the Shipper who sent you the load to have them cancel it. You can find their contact information in the 'Shipper/Customer Information' Section of the order.

In the Carrier TMS, that section will be found here:

In the mobile app, you'll find the Shipper info here:

Just open the Load, then scroll toward the bottom of the Load until you see Shipper/Customer Information:
