The days of contacting Customer Support to un-mark Loads as PAID are now gone!
(Yes! You read that right!)
Now, dispatchers using the Carrier TMS can mark loads as Unpaid right from the Carrier TMS. Here is a step-by-step guide on how to mark a load as Unpaid!
1. When in the Loads view, Navigate to the Paid tab, or Search for the load you need to mark as Unpaid.
2. Then select Options.
3. Select Mark as Unpaid.
4. Once you see the confirmation at the bottom of the screen, the load will move back into the Billed tab of the Loads page!
