This method of importing is the more generic and well-rounded way of importing dispatch sheets of all kinds. We highly recommend the article on How to Import a CarsArrive Order with the Google Extension if you are using Google Chrome as your web browser. It will turn to import from CarsArrive into a one-click process.

Note: This article will still work with Google Chrome and all other internet browsers.

First, you will want to be logged in to BOTH your CarsArrive and Super Dispatch accounts. We will start in CarsArrive.

Once logged in, you will see a side panel with options listed. You will click on My Loads:

This will take you to your list of loads that are assigned to you. You can go ahead and search for the load you want to import.

Once you have found it, you will want to click on the View Details button, which appears as a paper icon:

Now that you're in there, the side panel options will have changed. You will be looking for a PDF Bill Of Lading here:

This will open a PDF dispatch sheet. You will want to download this to your computer. You will be looking for a button that looks like this:

👆 This should be found in the top right corner, next to the printer icon.

Once downloaded, go ahead and go back into Super Dispatch. You will want to be in the Loads section.

Now click on the Import Load button in the top right corner:

Navigate your file browser to where you downloaded the PDF dispatch sheet. Click on it and then Open it in the bottom right.

That load should now appear with all of the information ported over!
