Provide Shippers with an ETA to a Pickup Location

Today, tracking and visibility are among the top priorities for any type of freight or shipment. Tracking loads in real time to update customers or contacts on location statuses is an invaluable tool that helps Carriers, Shippers, and Brokers provide an elevated level of Customer Service. The Super Dispatch Team is happy to announce our latest feature built to help Carriers and Shippers move cars faster. Now, you can provide Pickup ETAs (Estimated Time of Arrival) on loads in the Super Dispatch Mobile App!

Step-by-step guide to adding Pickup ETA

Add a Pickup ETA after Accepting a Load Offer in the Mobile App

Once you accept a Load Offer in the Mobile App, you'll be prompted with the option to add your Pickup ETA. Here is a quick GIF showing how you can quickly add or edit Pickup ETA:

Here is a step-by-step guide on how to add Pickup ETA after accepting a Load Offer:

  1. Once you accept a Load Offer, you'll be prompted to add a Pick ETA. Tap Provide Pickup ETA.


  2. Choose from one of the available ETA options listed. Or, tap the Other option to add your own ETA, then tap Submit.

3. If you will be late to the Pickup location, you have the ability to provide a reason for a late arrival to Pickup. Add your reason, then tap Submit ETA.

4. Once you add your ETA and a reason (if applicable), you'll receive confirmation of the added Pickup ETA. You can either navigate to the load by tapping Open Load, or close out by tapping Got it.


How to Add an ETA to a Load in the Loads View

  1. First, navigate to the Load within your Loads page, the tap the load to open the Load Details.

  2. Once inside the Load Details Page, tap Provide Pickup ETA.

3. Then, choose from one of the available ETA options listed. Or, tap the Other option to add your own ETA, then tap Submit.


How to Edit a Pickup ETA:

Editing an already provided ETA is simple!

  1. First, navigate to the Load within your Loads page, the tap the load to open the Load Details.

2. Once in the Load Details view, you will see your previously added Pickup ETA just underneath the Driver Instructions. Tap on the clock icon to Edit the Pickup ETA.

3. Select your updated ETA, then tap Submit.
