Be sure to carefully follow the steps below to ensure everything is set up correctly.
Adding Super Dispatch As A Certificate Holder
Adding Super Dispatch as a certificate holder on your Certificate of Insurance (COI) is simple and straightforward. Follow these steps to ensure Super Dispatch is properly listed on your COI.
Step 1: Contact Your Insurance Provider
Reach out to your insurance provider or agent and request that Super Dispatch be added as a certificate holder on your COI.
Step 2: Provide Super Dispatch’s Information
Provide the following details for Super Dispatch:
Super Dispatch
905 McGee St #210, Kansas City, MO 64106
Step 3: Receive and Upload the Updated COI
Once your insurance provider updates your COI, make sure to get a copy of the new certificate.
Upload the updated COI to Super Dispatch, ensuring it reflects the correct details.
Note: Please allow up to 5 business days for the Compliance team to verify your account. In the meantime, you are still able to utilize the Super Dispatch mobile app for inspections and BOLs. You can also browse the Super Loadboard and request to book loads. Some Brokers/shippers will NOT dispatch to you until you are verified through our platform.
