If you are getting the notification on your carrier profile that your Verified Carrier documents have been Reviewed, this means that Super Dispatch is still waiting for confirmation of your cargo insurance verification from our 3rd party compliance monitoring service:





To expedite your insurance verification, you can have your insurance agent send a copy of your Insurance to [email protected] with Super Dispatch listed as the certificate holder. Super Dispatch's address is:

Please make sure to include your DOT # in the email, as well as:

1. The insured party

2. Policy Expiration Date

3. Motor Truck Cargo Limit

4. Super Dispatch's name and address



Once the COI has been emailed to [email protected], please allow up to 5 business days for the Compliance team to verify your account. In the meantime, you are still able to utilize the Super Dispatch mobile app for inspections and BOLs. You can also browse the loadboard and request to book loads. Note* Some Brokers/shippers will NOT dispatch to you until you are verified through our platform.
