How to Book Loads Instantly on Super Loadboard

As a “Can Instantly Book” Carrier for a Shipper who posts to Super Loadboard, you can book loads in just a few clicks!

Updated over a week ago

Watch this short video on how to Instantly Book loads on Super Loadboard:

Carriers who have been designated as “Can Instantly Book” Carriers by Shippers using Super Dispatch have unlocked the ability to book loads instantly!

This means that you no longer have to Request orders from them or wait for a response. Instead, you can Book the load instantly! After booking, you now have the order and can assign it to whichever driver you need.

How to Find Loads to Book Now

You can filter by Book Now loads on the Super Loadboard by using this toggle option here:

Once you toggle this to ON, you'll only see loads where you are able to Book Now.

How to Book Now

First, click on the load you want to Book Now to view the load details.

Be sure to agree to the Terms & Conditions, fill in your Contact Name, and set your Pickup and Delivery dates. If you agree to the Price, all you need to do is to click Book Now, and that's it! You just booked the load! 🎉

Changing Price or Pickup & Delivery Dates

If you need to change the Pickup and Delivery Dates on the load you want to book, you can do so from the date picker like so.

⚠️ Note: If you change the dates to be outside the Shipper's preferred date range, you will not be able to Book Now. You will need to send a Request that the Shipper must approve or decline.

In the image below, our Pickup and Delivery Dates are outside the Shipper's preference, so we must send a Request instead.

Ask the shippers you work with how you can become a “Can Instantly Book” Carrier for them! Book loads faster, move cars faster, get paid faster!
