Mobile: Assign a New Load to a Driver

This article is designed to help you accept/assign a new load via your mobile phone.

Great News 🎉 A shipper/broker has decided to send you a new load offer! Below we are going to outline the steps needed to not only accept this load offer but also help you assign this load to a driver!

When a shipper/broker sends you a load offer you will receive a text message letting you know that there is a new load offer:

After you have received this text message you will want to click on the link provided in said message to accept or decline the load.

Once you have clicked on the link you will be provided with this webpage:

From here you will want to look over all of the details and make sure that you still agree to the dates and the terms. If you do you will want to click on the blue accept button. If you accidentally hit decline, please don't fret 😮 You can always reach out to the shipper/broker and have them resend that offer! 😮‍💨

Once you have clicked on the Blue Accept button you will then be presented with the below screen. From here you will be able to assign this new load to a driver!

Once you are on this screen please be sure to click the blue "Assign to Driver" button to select a driver that you would like to take this load.

And that's it! Once you have assigned it to a driver it will then appear in their "New" section on the app. They can then begin their journey to pick up the load and complete the pickup inspection! 🎉
