This article will explain how to reset your dispatcher's credentials

With Carrier TMS we give you the most control possible over your account. That means as a business owner or admin we give you the power to edit your own credentials in the system (name, email address, phone number, & password).

If you ever have the need to edit your credentials simply follow these easy steps:

  • Login to your Carrier TMS dispatcher account

  • Click your company's name in the lower-left corner

  • Click on Dispatcher Profile:

From the following screen you can see & edit the info currently on file for your dispatcher account. To make a new password simply click Change Password:
