Carrier Verification: Pending Status

What does 'Pending' mean on my Verified Carrier application?

Updated over a week ago

Introduction

Super Dispatch requires verification for new and unverified carriers. Upon signing up, carriers will have limited access to the Super Loadboard. You’ll be able to view available loads, but you won’t be able to request them until our Compliance department reviews and approves your Verified Carrier application.

Pending Status

While your account is in “Pending” status, you’ll have limited access to certain features as we review your verification. Our team will thoroughly examine your application to ensure all necessary documentation is provided. Once everything is approved, your status will be updated, and you’ll gain full access to the Loadboard.

While your account is in "Pending" status, there are still several things you can do to get started and familiarize yourself with Super Dispatch's features:

What You Can Do While In Pending Status

  1. Import Loads Manually: You can manually import loads into your account, giving you a head start on organizing your shipments.

  2. Import Loads from Other Load Boards: Use the Super Dispatch: Connection Chrome extension to import loads from other LoadBoards directly into the platform.

  3. Explore the Platform: Take time to explore Super Dispatch and get accustomed to the interface, making it easier to navigate once you're fully verified.

  4. Learn About the Reporting System: Familiarize yourself with our robust reporting tools, so you're ready to track and analyze your performance once you're actively booking loads.

  5. View Loads on the Super LoadBoard: While you can’t request loads yet, you can still browse available loads to understand what’s posted and where.

  6. Set Up Load Alerts: Get a head start by setting up Load Alerts and Saved Searches, so you're ready to jump on the right opportunities once you're verified.

This will help ensure you're fully prepared to hit the ground running once your verification is complete!

Note: Our Support Team cannot provide any updates or ETAs of applications in Pending Status. Please contact [email protected] If you have a questions regarding verification!
