This article will explain why your company's documents cannot be verified through Super Dispatch's compliance monitoring process.

Introduction

Super Dispatch verifies Interstate, Intrastate, Drive Away & Tow Carriers. If your documents cannot be processed, it may be due to incorrect or incomplete information in the submitted forms. Our Compliance team will notify you if any issues arise during the verification process.


What to Do if Your Documents Cannot Be Processed?

If your documents were rejected, it could be due to missing information, incorrect details, or incomplete sections. Ensure all required fields are accurately filled out before resubmitting.

How To Continue Booking Loads

Even if there are document issues, you can still book loads with shippers who manually approve your carrier profile.

Approved by a Shipper:

  • You can request and bid on loads.

Preferred by a Shipper

  • You can use “Book Now” (Instant Book), and request or bid on loads.

How to Request Approved/Preferred Status

To request Approved or Preferred status with a specific shipper, contact the shipper directly and inquire about their approval process.
